Terms

Terms of Service.

Effective August 16, 2026. Clear subscription and one-site licensing rules for Free and Pro users.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern AI Cost Circuit Breaker Free and Pro. By installing, accessing, or purchasing the service, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it.

2. Service

Free provides the controls described on the product page. Pro provides Smart Protection. Human, Bot, Unknown, cost, and revenue signals are estimates and cannot classify every request perfectly.

3. One-site license

Each Pro subscription is licensed to one canonical WordPress production home URL supplied at checkout and approved during activation. A different domain, subdomain, or WordPress path needs another subscription. License credentials may not be shared, resold, published, or used on an unlicensed site.

3A. Agency fair use

Agency covers up to 10 production sites. Unlimited covers sites owned by the subscriber and sites actively managed for its clients. License resale and bundling with hosting or another third-party service are prohibited unless a Hosting / Enterprise agreement permits them. staging.*, *.local, and *.test environments do not count toward activation limits when used only for development or testing.

4. Subscription and consent

Pro renews automatically. Before purchase, Stripe shows the plan, price, billing frequency, renewal status, licensed-site field, and cancellation route. Selecting Subscribe is affirmative consent to the recurring charge and the one-site rule.

5. Billing

Monthly Pro is $10 each month. Annual Pro is $99 each year. Charges continue at the selected interval until canceled. We may suspend Pro after failed, reversed, or disputed payment.

5A. Failed card payments

If a renewal payment fails, paid protection is suspended. We send up to five weekly notices with a secure Stripe link. Updating the card does not expose card details to us; service restores automatically after Stripe confirms payment.

6. Cancellation

Cancel online through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period. There is no fee, email request, or required phone call.

7. Refunds

Except where law requires otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable after digital access is provided and partial periods are not prorated. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, billing errors, non-delivery, or material defects.

8. Acceptable use

Do not bypass limits or licensing, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, resell access without permission, or use the service unlawfully. You remain responsible for your WordPress site, AI providers, prompts, outputs, and provider charges.

9. Privacy and security

The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. The plugin’s counter function is designed not to log prompts, responses, API keys, or direct user identifiers. No security system eliminates every risk.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features for safety, compatibility, or legal compliance. When required, material adverse changes to a paid plan receive notice and a reasonable cancellation opportunity.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain. Where permitted, aggregate liability for a paid subscription is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months; prohibited exclusions do not apply.

12. Governing law

Japanese law governs these Terms. The Tokyo District Court has first-instance jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protection, privacy, and venue rights in your residence remain unaffected.

13. Contact

Questions and complaints: info@cnxt.jp; NTT DATA Shinagawa Building 13F, 1-9-36 Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-0075, Japan; +81-3-4405-0319.
